COVID-19: BUSINESS UPDATE

In line with the UK Government’s announcement yesterday evening and the guidelines issued 20 March 2020 relating to the unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic, together with the resulting disruptions and for the health and safety of our team members and their families, we regret to inform you that we have decided to temporarily suspend our production from the morning of 25 March until Easter 2020 subject to further ongoing review.
Our employees are organised to ensure business continuity in restricted services for our customers, where possible, in particular for Customer Service, Spare Parts & Technical Assistance, Finance as well as Sales and Sales Administration. Your usual contacts remain available via telephone and email.
Nevertheless, we will no longer be able to produce and deliver the machines on order, with the exception of machines currently in the final phase of production, for which we will do our best to ensure completion and delivery. You will be informed individually of the machines that we will be able to deliver.
